on a windows based computer press the keys:

Alt

and

"Print Screen"

together.

Open up a drawing program like "Paint" and go to "File" then "New".
Select "Edit" then "Paste" and the picture should be there.
Save the picture in "My Documents\Pictures" as a jpeg with resolution about 640 by 480.

On the forum, when you post a message, scroll a bit further down and then select the "Browse" button.
Point to the file you saved.

Then press "Add the File"
Wait a few moments for the file to upload and then once it has done, submit the message as before.

Give me a call if you need to :D

If your lucky and you've got the correct version of Vista, or Windows 7, then it could be a lot easier:

Choose Start, All Programs, Accessories, Snipping Tool - you'll figure the rest out

On a Mac you press Command-Shift-3 or Command-Shift-4. One grabs the whole screen the other lets you snip the bit you want. Snort snort diet coke please. :geek:
