I am having similar problems with my Door stepboard Stainless letters. I have either lost a D or a C. I am not sure. Julian says he has loads of D's but no C's ;)

He's real lucky, I happened to find a letter a' all by itself, quite a remarkable find really, considering how rare they are. Case Closed.
