Can you name this Gullwing?

Postby Darren C » Sun Sep 11, 2011 9:12 pm

Went to the "P1" club meeting today and saw this.

So can anyone name the manufacturer?

It's not a kitcar, but a £250K luxury car made in the late 1980's to rival Panther & Excalibur cars.

My first question was rhetorical. The second one was to give us a clue! :D

This isn't the car that was built by a guy to cart his mother-in-law about was it???? It was shown on Top Gear many many moons ago and the car was featured with Chris Goffey putting it through its paces with not very good results...............if memory serves!!!

Interesting.

Clue no 1 (for Gez)

The car company is British and was set up in 1914.
