This is a Rolls Royce designed by DC Design (Dilip Chhabria), an Indian coachbuilding company. It was based on a 1993 RR Silver Spirit and is a one-off (luckally!). His other 'designs' aren't much to talk about either, just type in 'DC Design' in Google Images and you know what I mean ...
