Just needed to show that the project has started! :D We started unbolting the tub from the chassis, removed the seats and opened up the engine bay on Wednesday during a spare hour. Going to separate the chassis on Sunday morning and then upload more after that so will probably be a bit more interesting and will really feel like work has begun!

Interesting how your frame number is only 5 from your vin :)

Loving those funky rear shelf boom boxes .. I'm suprised J didn't keep those for his own car ;)

So Sunday morning we got up early-ish and went over to the car. We had already unbolted the tub and with a few jacks we got the chassis up and supported on axle stands and wooden fence posts. Here are a few pictures :D

Will start taking everything off the chassis over the next couple of days and the weekend. Am going to take photos as i go and mark everything up so we know where is all goes when it comes to putting it back together.

Eventually going to get the chassis powder coated. Any tips on the best ways to go getting it prepared? Get it blasted? Or acid dipped? Anyone got any advice on the best way to go? Thanks

Oh and sorry about the size of the pictures!
