I'm not picking holes, just some advice.... on your fuel lines from the pump you've used jubilee clips. I would remove them and use proper fuel line clamps:

I did the same as you originally when I did my chassis. I even used brand new good quality stainless jubilees and they still leaked fuel! Swapped them for the proper clamps and never had a problem again. There's a hell of a lot of pressure there.

Cheers for the advice Dan, will get that changed!

Some advice needed please, there's a few photos below.
If anyone could help me answer these quickly would just save a bit of time figuring it out so it would be greatly appreciated! May be some basic questions...

Pic 1: Exactly where do the three ends of this pipe connect up?
Does one go on the fuel injection? ie Pic2?

Pic 3: What connects on to here?

Pic 4: What connects on to this?

Thanks!

If memory serves me correct
1 this is the pipe for the servo and connects to the inlet manifold that runs through the car to the servo unit
2 there are 2 x 17mm banjos one for fuel in other for return to tank , I think the nearest in the pic is the fuel in
3 not sure but it might be to do with the auto box
Good this helps but I'm sure if I'm wrong it will be picked up by the other members TT

Pic 1 looks like some old vacuum hose that you may or may not need. I have a diagram somewhere showing how to connect up the vacuum system when running volvo setup. I'll try to dig it out tomorrow.

On the last picture the hose connections are drains to drain the block of coolant so nothing is connected to those.

You also don't have an oil pressure sensor on your engine. The large hex shaped plug in the block needs to be removed and one of these adapters fitting: http://store.delorean.com/p-6094-sender-adaptor.aspx

Then this gauge fits in there: http://store.delorean.com/p-6093-oil-pressure-sender-gauge.aspx

It will work without that but you will have a wire on your loom with nowhere to connect and the gauge on the dash won't work.

As that is a volvo engine, I would also check in the back of the right hand cylinder head that your temp sender is one of these, if not swap it out now while its easy to get to: http://store.delorean.com/p-6209-temperature-switch.aspx

Is the third pic down the back of the alternator?

On the 2nd pic, where did you get the fuel lines from? They should be solid plastic lines with rubber outer or braided lines. Standard rubber/ silicon non reinforced lines will cause pressure fluctuations on the k jet.

All looking great Ollie and I am looking forward to seeing the car ;D
