14 in fact. I think that's legal in some countries?! (but only acceptable if both people are 14). The maths is "half your age plus 7", which below the age of 14 would cause a paradox
It works boths ways too - you could date a 25 year old and we wouldn't hate you for it!

Anything below 18 becomes some sort of tricky thing, but only if you count sexual relations. Basic emotional relations are fine below 18, 16, whatever. A lot of young ppl have girl/boyfriends at 13 or 14... Sex with minorities (one or both) is considered illegal in most countries/states as far as I know, but holding hands isn't.

Although a 25 year old guy holding hand with a 15 year-old girl is considered immoral, while a 25 holding hands with a 7 year old near a zebra is just considered good parenting. And please don't flame me for putting up the 7-year old story, because i do not imply a relation, but merely a situation observed by others.
