Now that i recovered by seats i am wondering if the old seat covers have any value left? Ebay or the bins?

Please don't throw them out, I'd love to get a set of old seat bases to replace my ripped ones. I'm sure we could sorry something out one way or another. I'm so tempted to do mine cult though looking at how gorgeous yours now looks! !!

after cleaning out a fuel level sender i decide to see if 3695 would still start after 8 months or so. She fired right up on the first turn. (disclaimer: i did prime the fuel pump a few times). certainly thanks to the wondrous skills of The Lads from Caley that tuned my engine back in 2011. something to do with a clogged injector and a blocked breather valve on the WUR.

just reveice a mail that my new fiberglass binnacle is ready for shipment. Perhaps installfest next weekend when i replace the flex pcb behind the gauges at the same time! and check the bulbs...
