Fuel Pump....

Thanks chaps. I'll get onto the places you mention and see whats what. The mechanic is 95% certain it's the pump but has a few more tests to do today to 100% conclude that it is the pump. If anyone has a new one for sale and associated pipes please let me know.
Thanks and yes, i'll get some pictures of progress up shortly. I plan to get the mechanicals sorted first and then start on the interior which is looking pretty good, small crack in the dash pod and the usual cracked leather seats from the sun but new covers will sort that!

What is wrong with the pump exactly? Have they done a fuel pressure test?

If i'm honest, i think it ran low on fuel and this draged up all the junk in the tank and ruined the pump. Added to that, the pipes look pretty perished as well.

I do have a brand new never used pump if you still need it?
