Hi jerzybondov,

I actually have no preference in terms of spec... As long as it's a tidy car which doesn't require too much structural work. I'd prefer to buy from within the UK off a club member but again wouldn't rule out importing.

Any advise would be appreciated. Obviously if you're aware of any cars for sale or likely to be coming on the market shortly please let me know.

Kind regards,

Jongy

What's your price range Jongy? This helps find a car to suit you. There may be one for sale in Ireland, which isn't that far away. There's always pj Grady down in Essex or Ed in The Netherlands (DMC Europe).

Hi Admin-bloke,

My prive range is between £18-20k... Obviously depending on the right car. I'd definitely be willing to travel to Ireland or Holland. If you know of anything suitable within my budget then please drop me a message.

Evening fellas (& fellets) :greetings-waveyellow:
Just bought a 81' DMC 12. At present its still in Manchester awaiting shipping. Manchester, Vermont that is!
It looks a nice car but does need interior (sun damaged dash-seats) work. Plus plastic bumpers/fascia's need painting.
Looking forward to getting it here & having a good poke around.

There's been some odd usernames popping up recent - Biff, Marty, 88mph, Lyons Biscuits (or something). Is this some modern pop culture thing that I am missing?

;)

Welcome Mr Biff.

Biff buys a delorean? Last time he borrowed it for a short trip in time. :)
Welcome home biff. You have done the right moves. I wish your d only needs those few optical refurbishments. We all know deloreans are funny cars full of surprises. Sun burnt d usual come from a southern climate with minimal frame issues.

Let me guess. Tail light Amber turn signal faded too? ;p

Looking forward to a thread with pictures. Happy delivery!

Thanks for the welcome.
I will get lots of pics & thread sorted out when I get my grubby hands on it, but in the mean time I'd like to get the headlights/seat covers (grey) sorted so they are here when it arrives.
I see shop is out of headlights & heard mixed reports about OME covers.
All advice welcome.
PS, Am I a club member now?
Thanks
