Didn't have £15k, there is a lot of embellishment for sure

no shroud around the radiator, tear on top of the head rest of the driver's seat, no passenger door escutcheon plus as covered already, no headliners... this is the guy I think who was originally listing it as having an aluminium body....

And it's gone up in value recently too I think - I'm sure it was upper 20s to start, then 31/32k.

Ebay listing costs money so with every listing he will probably raise the price by 17£!
You say 4 months Mec?
That's 16 weeks X 17£ plus any special promotional packages bought..

4 months Alex? Try 8 months - see Aarans link above, so that would be 32x17 +

The seller is obviously trying to justify the high cost they have placed on the car:
Ive seen a few of these for sale at auction and at shows, and this is by far the best condition & most original out there...An average 52,000 mile car just made over £30k at Historics at Brooklands.

They are referring to John Denny's car which was sold at Brooklands last month. Regardless of the mileage, John's old car was in better condition than this one.

Plus it's hardly comparing apples to apples when John's had a complete interior in excellent condition, along with excellent stainless and decent panel fit. The one for sale here on the other hand has questionable panel fit, along with worn interior trim and missing headliners.
