i found the part number of the carrier, you can see it underneath where the main bearing nuts can be seen

small numbers 16391

big numbers 7700697229
i only looked cos i think the carrier is the same and it will save you stripping it TT

Al, that's a manual that came off that engine isn't it? And yours was auto before? So you've swapped?

Where does the trasmission originally come from ?

Did you had to swap the final drive wheel?
Are the gears spaced the same that in the delo's one?

I put a Renault 25 transmission in giascarcio's car and we had to reverse the final drive. Also the gears are shorter

I have that gearbox too - the gears are ever so slightly shorter, almost un-noticable - a longer 5th would be fantastic, or just 6th

I'll have a look for some more pics, the gearbox came from a guy who used it with a carb'ed PRV in a Noble P4, and I had the differential reversed and capped off the speedo.
