I have just heard from a reliable contact that a red painted DeLorean has arrived on Mersea Island (Colchester, Essex) anyone know about this one?

Actually living in Mersea? Or just visiting for the day? There are loads of red ones about, including 2 or 3 recently arrived - off the top of my head the recent ones aren't in Essex though.

Apparently the guy lives on Mersea.
my contact said he was told (not sure by who, perhaps on one of the forums) not to buy a painted one, That's all I know at the moment,
