It depends what price it goes for.... Its definitely a project 
looks like an electrical fire or something and its missing a fair bit. Replacing those missing bits is what is going to cost you a fair penny. A lot of "odd things" looking at the pictures which for me don't add up some stuff replaced/tweaked, others just not there.
I can only assume someone has purchased a project car started using it and spending some on it then had an issue which looks like it melted the steering wheel/ignition area and gave up.

What makes you think it’s had a fire? Can’t see any evidence of that.

The steering wheel and binnacle looked a bit melted and warped more than normal..you reckon extreme sun ? it may not be and I may be talking tosh but some of the wiring below the ignition looked a bit bare which made me think that. Looking a the floor pic the steering covering looks ok so its probably something else. Maybe a vaping disaster
