That is a paper banner, and unfortunately got damaged by rain on the Sunday. It wouldn't be too hard to get a big flag made though - I will see if we can get some of this sort of stuff done next time we have a batch of stuff made.

Maria (I think) did the small flags, but this is a bit too big for her printer.
