U could always fly and there are cheaper hotels. Would be a shame for u to miss it since it is only every 5 years and next big landmark isn't for 10

The main reason I can't make it is because I have been booked on a family holiday. Next to that , and i may have written this before, I feel it is stupid not to bring a DeLorean to such a great event.

'PRV Tone' and myself are flying to Belfast, I've had a quick look at costs, and to fly out of Stansted mid afternoon on the Thursday and fly back early evening on the Sunday, the price is roughly including all taxes is about £60 - 65 return per person. Is there anyone else who is unfortunate enough not be travelling by D and may be travelling the same route by air, so maybe we could all book together, I don't mind booking it, I just need a definate show of hands??? Tone and I have had along discussion about the great sadness we will endure by not travelling to this spectacular 30th anniversary event in a Delorean, and it's mainly because:- neither of us trust our 'D's to go that distance, and to be perfectly honest I have trouble trusting it to Arran's place, let alone another country!!! Other reasons included cost although that wasn't really an issue because as an enthusiast you expect extra costs, and one of the other reasons was the car was crap!!! There was actually another reason, and that was we would hope Sally would travel with us so that she could sit in between Tone and I, so we could monitor her cleavage on take off and landing for vibration.
