LOL..

Rebuilt one of those when I was 18!

Cheap as chips now... you can get a reasonable one for £500. Not a bad little car with Ford running gear, so very cheap to fix. Princess Anne had one though. :?

Hee Hee have to say thats a very different set of responses than I got from ZT 260 crowd when I said I was thinking of buying a Delorean :D although it did mean the 260 had to go whereas I'm being buried in the 'D'

Not really in the same league as the Ferrari though.

What do you guys think of this one?

Mmmm!

I've got one! Great- V6, good noise, no rust, like this Ebay one, it also has a galv chassis. I suppose like a D there is enough poke, but not exactly fast by todays standards. Mine shown here.

If you can get one of the few with a galv chassis, you're onto a winner. Only made a couple of hundred of them. This is the 6B, with the 2.8 motor.

Overheating is mostly due to poor maintainance. A correctly functioning rad, and clear block wont see you with any problems. And I think the rear suspension makes them significantly better in the handling dept. than a capri... ;) Then again, maybe I'm biased!! If you want any help/ advice/ etc, drop me PM if its too boring for public consumption!!
