I reckon the biggest problem would be the "beam width". You'd either need the bulb to be very very close to the mirror, or you'd need a bigger mirror than a normal light - if you know what I mean

- Standard headlights have a distance of a few mm between the reflective surface and the bulb, so that the light "spreads" fairly evenly.
