Totally on the opposite side of the M25, but there is a classic car meet at The Black Swan in Ockham this coming Sunday.

Hold up! I thought this was confirmed for 23rd? . I’ve just come out of the garage after doing a late one soldering up my light boards just so I can use the car tomorrow (now today) as with everything on a D they work fine until disturbed - then they are fucked. I thought I’d log on the thread and confirm my attendance. My car has had a lot of work this year, it spent lockdown on the ramp and needs a shakedown. Sounded an ideal meet up and for the first time it didn’t clash with previous commitments to work, wife or son which normally prevents attendance. Last year every date of these mini meets was a no go for me this time the 23rd worked out great though. My car hasn’t even been out to MOT this year as it got an extension so all it’s been out is to the workshop (a mile away) and back. Why do I tax it?? Oh well at least it keeps the mileage down and it didn’t get wet.
