I dont know if this is a good thing or not but i was talking to a hungover tyson earlier,
but how about a complete engine rebuild on the saturday. Just to show how easy they are. Im prepared to do one if there is enough interest cheers TT

Seriously though - it has been suggested before to either do this, or fix up a whole car, as a kind of tech-help thing to help educate etc., and I think it's a really good idea. Also bear in mind that there are some of us who don't know which one is the alternator and which one is the air-con compressor. No names mentioned Carl.

Another tech session I think would be usfull is volvo engine sandwich plate and sump swapping. I am happy to bring my volvo engine along for this to be demonstrated on

Ok then il do it, i have another engine in the pipeline, which is the one that will be rebuilt.
I will bring it stripped down ready to assemble, with liners out crank out and spare carrier. The only difference will be the piston crowns are higher than the de's TT
